Unstoppable in mind.
Unstoppable in body.
Always unstoppable as a dad.

A support program for dads who want to sharpen their mindset, rebuild their strength, get back on track, and make the most of their time with their family.

Matt with his kids

Who this is for

It probably sounds familiar.

You're a dad in your late 30s, 40s, or 50s. You used to be physically capable, athletic, maybe played sport. Or perhaps you just feel like you've slipped from where you want to be. Then work got bigger, kids arrived, and fitness slipped from non-negotiable to "when I get a chance."

As a result the mind got heavy and everything got put in the too-hard basket. It became a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

You're not broken. But you're operating at a fraction of what you used to be, physically and mentally, and the gap between who you were and who you are now is starting to bother you.

You don't want a six-week shred or to live at the gym. You want to be strong, sharp, and present for the long haul, for your family, for yourself.

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

The approach

Three pillars. One outcome.

01

Train the Mind

Sometimes the weight of fatherhood is a lot. Life gets heavy, and we tend to put ourselves, physically and mentally, last on the list. Fitness and strength matter, but a lot of dads need to deal with what's happening between the ears before piling anything else on top. As a counsellor as well as a coach, this is where I can make the biggest difference. Working with what's actually driving the drift, not just patching the symptoms.

02

Rebuild the Body

Training designed for a body that's done a few laps. Built around your schedule, your injuries, your goals, and your real life. Not what worked when you were 25. The aim is to move better, feel better, and show up physically for your family and yourself. Improving your quality of life, not killing yourself in the gym.

03

Show Up at Home

This isn't about the gym. It's about having the energy, patience, and presence to actually be there for your family. Training is the method. Family is the point.

About

Coach. Counsellor. Dad.

Matt Noonan

Fifteen years coaching on the gym floor. A counselling background that informs every conversation I have with a client. Over 150 podcast episodes. A Brazilian jiu-jitsu habit that keeps me honest. Most importantly, I'm a dad myself. I've been through plenty of the trials and tribulations of fatherhood firsthand, which means I get what other dads are dealing with.

The counselling piece is the bit that gets understated, and I reckon it's the bit that matters most. Most of the dads who come to me aren't actually missing a training program. They're carrying mental weight that's been building for years, and no amount of squats fixes that on its own. Being trained as a counsellor is what lets me hold both sides at once. The mental side and the training side. We work them together rather than separately.

The Unstoppable Dad Project is everything I wish was available when fitness, work, and family first started pulling in different directions. Not a generic program. Not a 28-day fix. A simple, sustainable system that runs alongside your real life.

Matt with his family

Real dads. Real shifts.

What they've said.

"One of my greatest training achievements so far. Far more satisfying than a big squat or deadlift. I realised last night when I was sitting down with the kids that I can actually cross my legs and feel comfortable. I've never really been able to do that."

Pete

"I enlisted Matt's help in recovering my knee from meniscus surgery. Matt's in-depth knowledge was obvious from the start, and his clear instructions and ability to focus on my individual needs have allowed me to return to training with more range of motion and strength in my knee than before surgery."

Steve

"Going terrific. Really starting to notice changes to my physique now. Always been a bit of a runt, but it's really helping my confidence. Also my random aches and pains have virtually disappeared. It's as though exercise is good for you…"

Aaron

"First time in my life I've ever felt comfortable in a gym."

Martin

"Matt is a great bloke with a wealth of knowledge. It's tough adjusting to new dad life, and fitness usually takes a back seat, as it had with me. Matt's been a great help getting back on track."

Braxton

"Matt does such a great job at getting people motivated and staying on track. He has helped my wife and I with our health and fitness journeys and can't recommend him enough."
